Are Your Assessment Costs Covered By Health Insurance?
Some Irish health insurers offer partial reimbursement for consultant-led psychiatric consultations, depending on your policy and level of cover. Because plans vary considerably, we recommend checking directly with your insurer before booking to confirm what you can claim back.
We provide a detailed receipt after each appointment that you can submit with your claim. You may also be able to claim tax relief on qualifying medical expenses through Revenue’s Med 1 process – your receipts can be used for this too.
